      Netoria’s Premier Guest Tracking Solution helps you provide prompt and personalized service to these special guests without requiring them to identify themselves. The system automatically detects the arrival of a premier guest and immediately alerts designated guest relationship personnel via Pop-up Screen, SMS or Email, who will personally greet the guest as he or she walks in. The alert will provide guest name, Account ID, photo, time of arrival, history, recent transactions and any other relevant information.

       

      Strategically placed RFID readers throughout the property can monitor the location of the guest while they are inside the facility.

       

      Once the guest leaves the facility, the system logs the exit time.

       

      Features

       

      • No restrictions on how the guest can carry or store the card. The card could be inside a wallet, purse, pocket or anywhere else.

      • As a guest arrives at the door, a pop up screen will alert designated personnel of his/her arrival.

      • The alert can display any type of information that needs to be presented at that location. Additionally alerts can be sent via SMS or Email.

      • As a guest departs, his/her exit time will be captured by the system.

      • Customized reports provide vital information such as each guests total time spent at the Branch.
